Clear boundaries for the connection.

1. Operator and scope

Effective date: 20 October 2026.

VIP Taxi Port is operated by atamantravel lcc. Contact atamanviptaxiport@gmail.com or +90 530 596 77 52 for help.

These terms describe the operator's Calendar, Gmail and Maps connections in VIP Taxi Port Operations. They are not a passenger transport contract and do not establish transfer fares, refund rules or cancellation charges. Please review the information provided for your booking and ask the operator about any transfer conditions before agreeing to them.

Only authorized staff connect an operator Google account through WordPress administration. Customers do not need Google sign-in to book a transfer or use a private booking-management link. The privacy notice explains the information handled by these features.

2. Booking decisions remain with the operator

The WordPress booking record is authoritative. The Calendar connection is an outbound operations overview, not an independent dispatch, payment or availability system. Editing an event directly in Google Calendar does not approve or change the WordPress booking.

Customer requests for changes or cancellation require an authorized operator's decision. An email or Calendar event is not a substitute for reviewing the saved booking and its status. The operator remains responsible for arranging the service and checking the itinerary, flight information, meeting instructions and approved requests.

Distances, routes and journey-end times are estimates. Traffic, road conditions, stops and other circumstances can affect travel; a calculated route is not a guaranteed arrival time.

3. Account authorization and security

Connect only a Google account you are authorized to use for these operations. Calendar requests basic operator identity and access to calendars created by the app. The separate Gmail connection requests permission to send mail, not to read or search the mailbox.

Keep the Google and WordPress accounts secure and limit administration access to authorized staff. Do not publish credentials, authorization codes or private customer-management links. A private customer link should be shared only with the person entitled to manage that booking.

Google permissions can expire or be revoked. The operator may need to reconnect the affected service and review any unsynchronized bookings or undelivered messages.

4. Service limitations

Google services, hosting, internet access and the mail connector may be interrupted or limited. Calendar synchronization and message delivery can fail or be delayed. Staff should review connection status and failures rather than assume every remote action has completed.

A message being queued or accepted by the sending service does not guarantee it reached a recipient's inbox. Check delivery records and contact the customer through an appropriate channel when a booking needs urgent attention.

5. Pausing, disconnecting and deleting

An authorized operator can pause Calendar synchronization or disconnect the local connection in WordPress. Google account permissions can also be revoked in Google Account connections.

Disconnecting stops the affected connection; it does not recall sent mail, delete existing Google events or erase WordPress booking records and backups. Calendar and Gmail permissions are independent. Refer to the retention and deletion information and contact us if records need to be removed.

6. Provider terms and questions

Google services are provided by Google under its own terms and privacy policy. Maps features are also subject to the applicable Google Maps Platform terms. VIP Taxi Port is independently operated by atamantravel lcc.

If you are unsure what a connection or booking status means, contact the operator before relying on it for a time-critical journey.
